Attenuator Evolution!

Is it an adaptor, attenuator, adap-tenuator, between series attenuator? Whatever you call them, BroadWave’s fixed attenuators have evolved! We have developed fixed attenuators that save money; take up less space and lower insertion loss by eliminating the need for adapters. Now you can order fixed attenuators with your connector configuration. Model 359-284-2R5 is a 50 Ohm, DC-2200 MHz, 2.5 dB, 1 Watt device with BNC male to SMA female connectors.

These revolutionary fixed attenuators are available in any combination of BNC, F, N, SMA or TNC connectors. Standard impedances are 50 and 75 Ohm (custom impedances are available). Other designs feature 2, 30, 50, 100 and 150 Watts average power handling with frequency ranges up to 3 GHz. Check out some of the specifications on available models. 4 GHz Impedance Matching Pads

Eliminate impedance discontinuity (mismatches) without introducing reflection to the circuit. Model 852-879-MF4 is a 50 to 75 Ohm impedance matching pad. This 1 Watt unit offers nominal insertion loss of 5.7 dB and VSWR of 1.40:1 with N male / F female connectors. Custom units are available in a variety of impedance and connector types from DC to 4 GHz. BroadWave Technologies impedance matching pads preserve signal integrity by matching virtually any transmission line. Various other impedance matching pads in different connector combination and impedance are available. Please contact us with your unique requirement for the appropriate model number.

        WiFi / WiMAX Power Dividers

        WiFi/WiMAX Power Dividers

BroadWave Technologies has expanded its’ WiFi/WiMAX power divider offering to include 4, 6 and 8-way configurations. Model series 151-215-XXX* are 50 Ohm, DC-6 GHz, 1 Watt units with SMA female connectors. Insertion loss is 1 dB nominal for the 4-way configuration across the DC-6 GHz frequency range. The 6 and 8-way configurations insertion loss is 1 dB nominal DC-5 GHz and 1.6 dB nominal 5-6 GHz. Maximum VSWR for 4, 6 and 8-way configurations is 1.50:1. BroadWave also manufactures model 151-173-002 which is a 2-way DC-6 GHz power divider with SMA female connectors. These devices are ideal for dividing signals for in-building wireless, WiFi, WiMAX, Defense, Homeland Security and Public Safety systems. Weather resistant units and other connector types are also available. Please contact us with your unique requirement for the appropriate model number.
